This Pinning Chats feature will help you to Pin a favorite friend’s chat on top of the chats window. The Pin chat feature allows you to pin up to only three individual or group chats to the top of your chats list. Once you have prioritized the most significant contacts, Pinned chats will always stay at the top so you can quickly find them.

Generally when we are chatting on WhatsApp with our friends and when we chat one after another friend, then old chat conversations always go down. So, here if you want any special or your favorite contact and you don’t want it goes down then the favorite contact can be Pinned on top of the Chat Screen.
How to Pin a Chat?
STEP 1) First of all open the [ WhatsApp ]. Then [ Tap ] and [ hold ] the chat you wish to pin.
STEP 2) Tap the [ Pin icon ] that appears at the top of the screen.
STEP 3) After you pin WhatsApp chat, the chat appears top in the conversation list. It will stay on top even as new, unread messages come in.
How to Unpin a Chat?
If you wish to remove a friend from Pinned Chat option. You will need to do the same thing again, Follow the following steps to unpin a pinned chat from WhatsApp chat screen.
STEP 1) [ Tap ] and [ hold ] the contact or pinned chats for few moments and you will get some options at the top of the WhatsApp Screen
STEP 2) Tap the [ Remove pin ] icon.
