Iqoo Neo 6 has been launched in India today. After launching a series of Z series mid-ramnge phones and flagship phones under the number series, Iqoo has launched its first Neo series smartphone in India. The Neo 6 was first launched in China back in April. However, this is a slightly different phone for the Indian market.
Chinese smartphone maker IQOO on Tuesday launched in India the IQOO Neo 6 5G. Priced Rs 29,999 onwards, the midrange smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 system-on-chip. It boasts 64-megapixel based triple camera system, 80W flash charge fast wired charging tech, and X-axis linear vibration motor for haptics. Let’s take a look at the phone in detail.
Iqoo Neo 6: Price in India and Availability
iQOO Neo 6 is launched in two storage variants. The 8GB RAM + 128GB is priced at Rs 29,999 and the 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage variant will cost you Rs 33,999. It is available in Dark Nova and Cyber Rage colour variants. The device will be available on Amazon starting today at 1 PM.
Iqoo Neo 6: Specifications and Features
The iQOO Neo 6 comes with a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED display that supports up to 120Hz refresh rate. The display has a resolution of 398 pixels per inch, a touch sampling rate of 360Hz and can achieve a peak brightness of 1300 nits. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by one of the most powerful mobile chipsets by Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 870 SoC, a 5G processor. The chipset comes with A77 architecture, has a maximum clock speed of 3.2GHz and scores over 740K points on the Antutu benchmark.
For photos and videos, the iQoo Neo 6 is equipped with a triple rear camera setup comprised of a 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GW1P primary sensor with an f/1.89 aperture lens and support for optical image stabilisation. It also comes with an 8-megapixel wide angle camera with an f/2,2 aperture lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture lens. The iQoo Neo 6 features a 16-megapixel front facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens, for selfies and video chats.
Other noteworthy features include dual stereo speakers, an X-axis linear vibration motor, a 36,907mm2 Cascade cooling system, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers. Speaking of charging, the iQOO Neo 6 packs a substantial 4,700mAh battery that supports Vivo’s 80W wired FlashCharge technology. iQOO claims that the included 80W charging brick can get the phone from 0-50% in just 12 minutes. For wireless connectivity, the device offers 5G support, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.2.
