Today, the company dropped another such teaser that has started to create a lot of buzz on the web. While the official launch date was never revealed, a new teaser from the brand has hinted at the date of release for the highly anticipated handset.
The company’s official Twitter shared a tweet in which it said just “This week.” This basically hints that Nothing will be announcing the launch date for the Phone (1) later this week. It is also entirely possible that the company meant an official launch later this week as well, but based on the brand’s tendency to create hype. the new tweet just building there could be another way.

The new teaser does not explicitly state that the launch date will be announced this weekly. However, one of the recent teasers stated that the announcement of the launch date is quickly.

According to a report from Techdroider, the Nothing Phone (1) smartphone will feature a 6.55-inch OLED display and with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. It is expected to carry support for a 90Hz or a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Nothing phone (1) is expected to feature a triple camera setup at the back, consisting of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP depth camera and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the device is expected to feature a 32MP video call and selfie camera.
The device is expected to be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with fast charge support. There is no information about the charging speeds. It is expected to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and offer a Type-C port for audio and charging.
The company has confirmed that the phone will feature a Snapdragon chipset under the hood. The rumors so far has revealed that the brand’s first phone will pack a Qualcomm chip, which might be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. The Nothing Phone (1) will run the Nothing OS based on Android 12 out of the box.
