The OnePlus Nord 2 has received its OxygenOS 12 update in India. However, Android 12 is already available on the original Nord phone, which is a bit odd because newer models usually get the latest updates before their predecessors.
The OnePlus Nord 2 was launched in India in July last year with Android 11 out of the box and this is the phone’s first major update for the device is also likely to receive the Android 13 update next year. The Android 12 update for OnePlus Nord 2 is now rolling out for users in India and North America and European users will be getting the update soon in the coming days.
OnePlus Nord 2 OxygenOS 12 Based on Android 12 Changelog
The OnePlus Nord 2 Android 12 Stable update comes with firmware version DN2101_11_C.04 and is around 4.89GB in size. The update brings an updated May 2022 Android security patch along with several other features and optimizations.
