Poco is bringing its C-series to Global markets. The brand took it to Twitter to announce the global launch date for the Poco C40 which is June 16. The Poco C40 has been in news for a while now, and also, the brand had recently confirmed the moniker of the device in a community forum post. The upcoming Poco C40 will be an entry-level smartphone and will likely be Poco’s cheapest device to date for the global markets.
The brand confirmed the upcoming Poco C40 will pack a massive 6,000 mAh battery. At the rear, there will be a square-shaped camera module and a physical fingerprint sensor. Besides, the FCC listing revealed the handset will run Android 12 with MIUI 13 custom skin. Apart from this, other features are still unknown.
Based on the teaser, Poco seems to be sticking to its trademark design, and there will be a large rectangular camera module with big Poco branding. Poco has also revealed the Poco Yellow color variant for the upcoming Poco C40.
Poco C40: Expected Specifications
The Poco C40, with mannequin quantity 220333QPG, was earlier noticed on the NBTC certification web site. The mannequin variety of the Poco C40 is similar as that of the Redmi 10C (often known as Redmi 10 in India). To these unaware, the Redmi 10C World variant carries the mannequin quantity 220333QAG.
Based on the equality in the model number, it appears that the upcoming Poco C40 could be a rebranded Redmi 10C with few changes under the hood.
