Poco India is gearing up to launch a new F-series device in the Indian market. The brand says that the upcoming Poco F-series device will make its global debut in the Indian market. The upcoming Poco device is expected to be the Poco F4.
The Poco community post also talks about the improvements in the display and audio department. To recall, the Poco F1 came with a pathetic LCD panel. The stereo speakers were loud at first, but with software updates, Poco reduced its volume. Reportedly, the Poco F4 will be a rebranded Redmi K40S. So hopefully, it will get a large 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate. It is also expected to get better sounding stereo speakers.
The Poco F4 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 was spotted on the Geekbench database sometime back. The benchmark listing for the Poco F4 had revealed the model number of the device, that is 22021211RG. Based in this, the handset might be a rebranded Redmi K40S which was launched back in March in China.
Poco F4: Expected Specifications and Price
If the Poco F4 turns out to be a rebadged Redmi K40S, it could pack a Snapdragon 870 processor. Further, this chip will be paired with 6GB of RAM. The Poco F4 will probably ship with 128GB of onboard storage as well. The F4 will sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution.
Coming to the camera department, the Poco F4 is expected to feature a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 48MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the device is expected to feature a 20MP selfie camera.
