The company confirmed that the Redmi K60 Pro is also equipped with Xiaomi Imaging Brain 2.0, which assists in various optimizations such as optics, colors, information processing flow, and visual optimization.
It also helps speed up the process of starting up the camera, focusing, taking snapshots and previewing images.
As of now, there is no information about the secondary cameras or selfie camera of the Redmi K60 Pro.
The Redmi K60 Pro is confirmed to sport an OLED panel that supports Quad HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 12-bit colors, 526 ppi pixel density, and up to 1400 nits of brightness.
It will come preloaded with MIUI 14-based Android 13 OS. The device is likely to feature an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform will be present under the hood of the Redmi K60 Pro. This will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The flagship phone could pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W wired charging and 30W wireless charging.
The Redmi K60 Pro will be accompanied by the Redmi K60e and K60. These devices are said to be powered by the Dimensity 8200 and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipsets, respectively.
The K60 Pro is expected to be rebranded as the POCO F5 5G in the global market a few weeks later.
