Today South Korean tech giant LG has announced their first gaming laptop, the UltraGear 17G90Q with 11th Gen Intel CPU. This is a premium notebook with high-end specifications and it will be available in stores early next year. LG’s 17G90Q gaming laptop have some better features than others like a 17.3-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It has claimed 1 millisecond response time and a 300Hz refresh rate. It is also powered by an 11th Gen Intel Tiger Lake H processor coupled with the flagship GPU NVIDIA GeForceTM RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card. The LG UltraGear 17G90Q laptop comes in two dual channel 16 or 32 GB DDR4 RAM memory and supports up to 1TB of storage with its M.2 Dual SSD slots (NVMe). The 17G90Q is dark purple-gray in color and measures 21.4 mm at its thickest point. Other than that, It weighs 2.64 kg and manages to pack a 93 Wh battery.
In terms of connectivity, you get 1x USB 4 Gen 3×2 Type-C with USB-PD and Thunderbolt 4, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-C, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2×1, headphone output, HDMI, Ethernet, microSD slot and DC – in for power.Additional functions includes that, FHD webcam with dual microphone and IR camera for Windows Hello, comes with a per-key RGB backlit keyboard, vapour chamber claim to keeps the laptop running cool, Wi-Fi 6 with Intel Killer Wireless, stereo speakers with DTS X Ultra, fingerprint reader on the power switch button and UltraGear Studio software to control the whole System performance, fan speed and RGB lighting per key.
