Vivo T1X is all set to hit the Indian market on July 20, the Chinese company confirmed through its official social media channels on Thursday. Vivo has also started sending out media invites for the launch. Both 4G and 5G variants of Vivo T1X are currently available in select global markets. The 4G variant of the phone was unveiled in Malaysia in April and packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC. In October last year, the 5G variant of the Vivo T-series phone powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC was released in China. Vivo is expected to unveil the Vivo T1X with 5G connectivity in India. There could be a dual rear camera setup with the headline being a 50-megapixel primary shooter.
Meanwhile, a new report by India Today Tech has revealed the key specifications of the upcoming Vivo smartphone. The report, quoting tipster Yogesh Brar, claims that the Vivo T1X 4G India variant will be different from the variant launched in Malaysia. Let’s take a look at the specifications, features and other details of the Vivo T1X 4G India variant.
Vivo T1x price in India (expected)
The Vivo T1x 5G debuted in China with a price tag of CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 19,900) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The Indian variant is also likely to be priced in the same range. The 4G variant comes with a starting price of MYR 649 (approx Rs 11,400) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB variant in Malaysia.
Vivo T1x specifications (expected)
Vivo T1X sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will likely be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, which can be paired with 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal memory. In the software department, we can expect the Vivo T1X to run Android 12-based FunTouchOS 12 skin out of the box.
At the back, the T1X 4G will sport a dual-camera setup. It will have a 50MP main camera sensor. The report claims that the device will not come with an ultrawide camera and instead, Vivo will offer a 2MP sensor. This 2MP sensor can be used for depth sensing or macro photography. The Vivo T1x packs a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 44W fast charging.
