The Vivo X80 series launch date in India has been announced. The company’s latest line of flagship series will arrive in India next week. The Vivo X80 series India launch has been set to take place on May 18th at 12 PM. The Vivo X80 Pro comes with a 120Hz 6.78-inch E5 2K AMOLED display. Under the hood, the phone comes in two processor options in China 一 MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC or Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. On the Vivo microsite, the company has mentioned only the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC for India. It will come with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage in India.
The Vivo X80 series India launch will take place at 12pm (noon) on May 18, the company announced through a press invite. Flipkart has also created a dedicated webpage on its site to tease the launch. The May 18 launch date was up until now a part of the rumour mill.
It is powered by Dimensity 9000 SoC and will be available in India with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and the other in 12GB of RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
It features a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP (telephoto lens. The X80 supports up to 20x digital zoom. For selfies, there is a 32MP snapper on the front. The smartphone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery.
