Vivo has launched a new Y-series smartphone in China, dubbed the Vivo Y33s. The handset packs up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device has a polycarbonate back, 13MP dual-camera setup, 8MP selfie camera, and up to 18W fast charging support.
The Vivo Y33s 5G is launched in China with a price tag of CNY 1,299 (around Rs 15,500) for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 6GB RAM +128GB model is up for grabs at CNY 1,399 (around Rs 16,500). While the top-end variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage will be up for grabs at CNY 1,599 (around Rs 19,100). The smartphone will be up for sale in Black, Nebula Blue, and Snow Dawn shades.
The phone comes with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, a dual rear camera setup and Android 11. It also comes with Extended RAM 2.0.The Vivo Y33s flaunts a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display with a HD+ 1600 x 720 pixels resolution. The display panel has a 60Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 269 PPI. The device has a water-drop-shaped notch at the top of the display which houses a selfie camera.
The phone comes with a dual rear camera setup. It has a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies and video calls, the device uses an 8-megapixel shooter.The smartphone packs a beefy 5,000mAh battery. At the front, the Vivo Y33s 5G boasts a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. On the software front, the handset runs on Android 12 on top of Origin Ocean.
